SILLI: REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction
Silli is committed to providing high-quality services to all our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to subscriptions, event bookings, and other paid services offered through our platform, including the website, app, and offline events. By making a purchase or booking, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy and all other related documents mentioned in the Terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
1) Subscriptions: Users are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the remaining subscription period if:
a. The service is discontinued by Silli.
b. The user cancels their subscription within the first [7 days] of the initial subscription period.
c. Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2) Event Bookings:
a. Refunds for event bookings are eligible if:
A. The event is cancelled by Silli.
b. Non-refundable items:
A. Late cancellations (less than 7 days before the event).
B. No-shows at events.
3) In-App Purchases:
a. In-app purchases are non-refundable unless:
A. There is a technical error caused by Silli.
B. The purchase was unauthorized and promptly reported (within 48 hours).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1) Submission of Request:
a. Submit a refund request via email to [support@silli.in] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Service/Event Name].”
b. Include the following details:
A. Full Name
B. Email Address
C. Payment Receipt/Transaction ID
D. Reason for Refund Request
E. Supporting Documentation (if applicable)
2) Review Process:
a) Refund requests will be reviewed within [7 days] of submission.
b) Approval or denial will be communicated via email.
3) Processing Time:
a) Approved refunds will be processed within [7-14 days] and credited to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
1) Subscription Cancellation:
a. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the user’s account settings on the app or website.
b. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles, except as specified under Refund Eligibility.
2) Event Booking Cancellation:
a. Cancellations must be made through the app or by contacting support at [support@silli.in].
b. Timing of cancellation determines refund eligibility (see Refund Eligibility section).
3) Force Majeure:
a. Events affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may be rescheduled or cancelled at Silli’s discretion. Users will be notified of alternate options, including rescheduling or partial refunds, if required under applicable laws.
5. Non-Refundable Items
1) The following are non-refundable:
a) Application fees, registration fees, or other administrative charges.
b) Discounts, promotions, and free trials.
c) Charges for services already rendered or partially rendered.
6. Disputed Payments
1) If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [support@silli.in] within 14 days of the charge date. Silli will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Disputes resolved in the user’s favor will be refunded within [7-14] days.
